Refund Return Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Events and Seminars: Refunds may be granted if you cancel your registration at least 7 days before the event date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
  • Online Courses and Workshops: Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if less than 10% of the course content has been accessed. If more than 10% of the course has been accessed, no refund will be provided.
  • Consulting or Coaching Services: Refunds will only be granted if the service has not been delivered. Once a session has been completed, no refund is applicable.
2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team by emailing [email protected]. Please include your order number, details of your purchase, and the reason for requesting a refund. We will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days.

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the following terms will apply:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
  • If you made the payment via a third-party service (e.g., PayPal, Stripe), it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account based on their processing time.
4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not provide refunds for the following:

  • Digital downloads or materials once they have been accessed or downloaded.
  • Event recordings or replays that have already been delivered.
  • Customized or one-on-one coaching services that have already been rendered.
5. Changes to Event or Service

In case an event, seminar, or service is canceled or rescheduled by Raviraj Sabale Patil, you will be given the option to transfer your registration to the new date or request a full refund. If an event is canceled and you cannot attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be provided.

6. Refund for Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service or event, please notify us immediately. Once verified, we will refund the duplicate payment within 5-10 business days.

7. Updates to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
